Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact between JSK Marketing and clients, striving to build trust and foster long-lasting relationships.
• Conduct regular meetings and/or weekly contact points with clients to understand their marketing needs, objectives, and challenges. Collaborate with clients to define marketing goals, target audiences, and overall strategy.
• Provide exceptional customer service by quickly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Work with internal team to develop comprehensive marketing plans that are aligned with clients’ objectives.
• Ensure all client deliverables are on-brand and executed with precision.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide clients with actionable insights and performance reports.
• Proactively identify potential issues or challenges in campaigns and develop strategies to address them.
• Stay on-top of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide innovation solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

• BS/BA in Marketing or related field of study.
• Proven experience in Account Management or similar roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
• High attention to detail with exceptional organization skills.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and best practices.
• Understanding of how to analyze and use Google Analytics.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft suite.
• Quick, adaptive learner with a willingness to contribute in areas outside of the job description

The ideal candidate will assist our social media team in creating and maintaining a strong online presence for our company and clients by implementing online marketing strategies through social media accounts in an effort to increase brand awareness, engagement and generate leads.

 Responsibilities

• Research target audience and discover current trends
• Assist our social media team in scheduling posts across multiple platforms in our scheduling software
• Monitor web traffic
• Assist in developing optimal posting schedule
• Analyze performance data and make creative suggestions accordingly
• Manage social account interactions
• Assist our social media team with simple video editing for Reels/TikTok

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• 1-2 years experience managing professional social media accounts, especially LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. Experience with Tik Tok is a plus.
• Experience with Social Media management and analytical tools like Sprout Social
• Strong communication, multitasking, and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment on a remote/hybrid basis
